Spotlight Member

Hannah Gore, RN CPHON, is a Nurse Navigator at the DanceBlue Pediatric Hematology Oncology Clinic and an active member of the Lexington APHON Chapter. Her focused patient population is Malignant Brain Tumors, Adolescent Young Adults, and Oncofertility. Hannah's favorite part about being involved in LexingtonAPHON is the opportunity to work/learn together with colleagues and professionals in the industry to assure she is providing the very best care to her patients.
